Legaly what is a offer of sex for money.If you say you are offering money for compainionship,and the lady happens to find money laying on a table and takes it.Is that legal?
And what constitutes sex,what if there is no penitration?ie Clinton?

If you put the money there and she takes it, you are paying for it.
And any sexual contact constitutes sex!! Petting, oral, anything
