I had a risky encounter with a sex worker and got myself tested with PCR qualitative by HIV after exactly 38 d

38 days after possible exposure,the result was NEG please tell me wheather I am safe.

Are you asking about HIV testing?

Here in the UK we are told to wait at least 3 months post possible infection time. That would be more than 38 days......
